What is the VelourCap™ Electric Heated Hair Cap?

The VelourCap™ is a cordless, electric heated hair cap designed to amplify the effectiveness of your deep conditioners, hair masks, and oil treatments. It delivers consistent, even heat that opens the hair cuticle and allows active ingredients to penetrate deeply — the same principle used in professional salons.

How is it different from a regular plastic cap?

A regular plastic cap traps your own body heat, which is inconsistent and limited. The VelourCap™ generates its own controlled heat — adjustable to your preference — ensuring even distribution across all your hair, every single session.

What hair types does it work for?

All hair types. Whether you have 4C natural hair, fine straight hair, color-treated, relaxed, keratin-treated, or anything in between — VelourCap™ is designed to work for you. The adjustable heat settings let you find the right temperature for your specific needs.

Can I use it with any product?

Yes. The VelourCap™ is product-agnostic. Use it with any deep conditioner, hair mask, protein treatment, or natural oil. Heat enhances the absorption of whatever you choose to use.

Usage

How long should I wear it?

We recommend 15 to 30 minutes for a standard session. For an intensive treatment, you can wear it up to 45 minutes. The cap automatically shuts off after 60 minutes as a safety measure.

How often should I use it?

Once a week is ideal for most hair types. If your hair is severely damaged or very dry, you can use it up to twice a week.

How long does the battery last?

A full charge gives you up to 60 minutes of use — enough for one full intensive session or two standard sessions. Charging time is approximately 2 hours via USB.

Do you offer free shipping?

What if my cap arrives damaged?
